Directions from Wilmington (click here to display separately for printing)

  • Take Lancaster Pike North (Route 48 North) or Route 141 to Route 48 North
  • Take Route 48 North about 4 miles until 48 becomes Route 41 North (at 3 way light)
  • Go another 1/4 mile on 41 North- Get in left turn lane.
  • Make left turn into Sanford at the blinking light.

Directions from South-Eastern Pennsylvania (click here to display separately for printing)

  • Take Route 1 to Route 41 South.
  • Take Route 41 past the state line and into Hockessin.
  • Sanford School will be on the right.

Directions from Newark (click here to display separately for printing)

  • Take Papermill Rd. (Route 72) to Route 7 North.
  • Turn left onto Route 7 North.
  • Go to second light and turn right on Brackenville Rd.
  • Go about 2 miles and turn right on Route 41.
  • Go about 1/4 mile and Sanford will be on your right.

Directions from I-95 (click here to display separately for printing)

  • Take Exit 5 -141 North about 3 miles to Route 48 North.
  • Make a left on Route 48 North.
  • Go about 4 miles, until Route 48 becomes Route 41 North (at 3 way light).
  • Go another 1/4 mile on 41 North-Get in left turn lane.
  • Make Left turn into Sanford.

Directions from Southern Delaware (click here to display separately for printing)

  • Take Route 1 North to Route 7
  • Bear left onto Route 7 and continue across Kirkwood Highway (Route 2).
  • Bear right onto McKennan’s Church Road (just before the 3rd traffic light).
  • Follow McKennan’s Church Road to the third light and turn left onto Newport-Pike
    (Route 41).
  • Go through 2 lights (Route 48 & 41 merge at the second light bear left)
  • At the next light (blinking) turn left into the Sanford School campus.
