COVID Testing M-Z Required
Students, employees, and coaches with last names starting with M-Z should get COVID tests no later than Thursday, April 15th. Please use the forms below to upload results. A negative test must be submitted no later than 7:45 a.m. on Monday, April 19th in order to return to campus. Please ensure that:
- The date the test was administered is included in the attachment
- You use the correct link to submit results
- Testing results are uploaded no later than Monday, April 19th at 7:45 a.m.
