Middle School Students Compete at National History Day

Throughout the year, all of our seventh and eighth-grade students worked in their History and Global Studies classes to prepare projects in one of five categories for National History Day.

This year's theme is Frontiers in History: People, Places, Ideas. Students were selected to represent Sanford at the state competition after completing their project. In addition, students will hone their critical thinking and communication skills as they present their research papers, exhibits, websites, documentaries, or performances.
