Frank H. Simmons Memorial Literary Award – Given to a senior who has shown outstanding achievement in the literary field.

Helen Vermeychuk Scholarship Award - For everyone who knew her, Helen Vermeychuk epitomized the heart of teaching English. Her devotion to excellence, to complete integrity, and to the pursuit of truth and understanding were unwavering. While her work with advanced students produced outstanding results, Mrs. Vermeychuk also loved to teach students who did not immediately love English, who challenged her to make them better readers and writers. The Helen Vermeychuk Scholarship Award recognizes a student whose potential inspires a teacher’s best efforts to challenge and support her.

Sanford W. Sawin, Sr. Award for Mathematics – Given in memory of Sanford W. Sawin, Sr., co-founder and husband of the school’s first head, Ellen Sawin. This award is given for superior work in mathematics.

Williams College Book Award – Given to the member of the junior class who ranks in the top 10% of his or her class, who has demonstrated intellectual leadership and has made a significant contribution to the extra-curricular life of the school.

Bausch and Lomb (Science)- Every year since 1933, Bausch + Lomb and the University of Rochester have given this award to honor outstanding high school students who have demonstrated excellence in the sciences.

Rensselaer Medal Award: Given to the member of the junior class who ranks in the top 10% of his or her class, who has excelled in advanced math and science classes, demonstrated a potential for success in a challenging academic environment, and exhibited significant involvement in extracurricular activities.
