Dr. Alli Williams is the Head of School at The Pilot School. Alli’s career has been dedicated to the education of children with learning differences through a range of roles, including Head of Upper School, teacher, dorm parent, and coach. Alli co-leads the Delaware chapter of CHADD (Children & Adults with ADHD), serves on the Commission for Accreditation for PAIS, and on the Board of Trustees of ADVIS. Alli earned a Doctorate of Education in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Johns Hopkins University, where her research focused on fractal organizational structures and design thinking in educational institutions. Alli lives in Kennett Square with her husband, Pete (Sanford College Counseling), and their two children, Prue (‘37) and Woody.
