  In 1930, Sanford & Ellen Sawin founded Sanford School as an innovative school. Today, our students embody our school motto, No Talent Lies Latent. Sanford is dedicated to providing a rigorous and well-rounded college preparatory education for our students. 
  
  Our academic, co-curricular, arts, and athletic opportunities encourage students to explore their interests and grow intellectually and socially.
