Ten Sanford Students Selected for 2016 Delaware All-State Chorus
Ten Sanford singers have been selected for the 2016 Delaware All-State Junior and Senior Choruses.
Sarah Boone, Lily Allingham, Jordan McMillan, Christopher Keiser, Ryan Washington, and Thomas Gluodenis will all sing in the Delaware Senior All-State Chorus. Several of these students earned special recognition within their voice parts. Lily placed second in the state for Alto 1, Christopher placed third for Tenor 1, Ryan earned fourth for Tenor 2, and Thomas came eighth for Tenor 2.

Keeleigh Babcock, Eleanor Vander Laan, Misha Teixido, and Greg Fleming will participate in the Junior Chorus for younger singers. Misha placed fifth in the state for the Tenor section.
The All-State choral concert will be held February 20th following two full days of rehearsal.

Each of these students was selected after an audition that included singing a predetermined vocal selection and performing a line of musical sight-reading. All-State Chorus is organized by the Delaware Music Educators Association.
