Katie Longqian Pei '27 French National Contest Gold Medalist
Sanford 8th Grader Katie Longqian Pei '27 was recently honored with a gold medal in the French National Contest for her exceptional performance. Katie achieved the remarkable feat of securing 1st place in Delaware and 3rd nationwide.
Middle School instructor Fabienne Daniels worked closely with Katie, providing personalized 1:1 instruction to prepare her for the exam. Despite being in 8th grade, Fabienne encouraged Katie to take the 10th-grade level exam, providing her with her dedicated class. Katie's dedication and Fabienne's mentorship resulted in an outstanding achievement.
