Ryan Timmons ’25 began his varsity baseball journey as an 8th grader and leaves his high school career as one of the most accomplished players in Delaware history. He now holds state records for both career games played and career walks.

Sanford School is proud to announce that sixteen outstanding student-athletes from the Class of 2025 have committed to continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level. 

Sanford School has once again solidified its place in Delaware basketball history, securing a state-record 11th DIAA Boys Basketball Championship with a hard-fought 37-34 victory over Dover at the Bob Carpenter Center.

Carson Kalish ‘25 was named Delaware Boys’ Swimmer of the Year after an outstanding performance at the DIAA State Championships, defending his state titles in the 200 IM and 100 Butterfly.

The Sanford Indoor Track Team delivered an outstanding performance at the DIAA Indoor Track & Field State Championships, earning several top finishes and breaking records along the way. Leading the team was senior Tegan Kovacs ’25, who impressed in both individual and relay events.
