Tickets for Matilda the Musical

Sanford School is thrilled to announce ticket sales for its upcoming production of Matilda the Musical, opening this February at the Geipel Center for Performing Arts.

Tickets will go on sale Monday, January 19, 2026, at 8:00 AM, and families are encouraged to purchase early as performances are expected to sell quickly. Please purchase your tickets on our website: https://our.show/sanfordmatilda

Based on the beloved story by Roald Dahl, Matilda the Musical is a high-energy, family-friendly production filled with unforgettable songs, bold characters, and a powerful message about courage, imagination, and standing up for what’s right. Sanford’s student performers and production team will bring this award-winning musical to life for audiences of all ages.

Reserved Seating: $15 per ticket
Running Time: 150 minutes
Recommended Age: 3 years and older
Refund Policy: All sales are final (tickets are nonrefundable)

All performances will take place at the Geipel Center for Performing Arts. The venue offers accessible parking, is wheelchair accessible, and includes wheelchair accessible seating.

Please note: This production includes haze/fog effects and strobe lights.

For the best selection of seats, patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets as soon as sales open. Guests should also plan to arrive early, as performances will begin promptly at the scheduled time.
